Mich. Comp. Laws § 801.52a: Reporting prisoner population counts.

Sec. 2a.

The prisoner population counts required for any purpose under this act shall be reported as being taken between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. on each day on which a count is conducted.
