Mich. Comp. Laws § 81.1a: Short title; definitions.

Sec. 1a.

This act shall be known and may be cited as "the fourth class city act".

As used in this act:

"Civil infraction", except as used in section 2 of chapter IX, means that term as defined in section 113 of the revised judicature act of 1961, Act No. 236 of the Public Acts of 1961, being section 600.113 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

"Civil infraction action" and "municipal civil infraction" mean those terms as defined in section 113 of Act No. 236 of the Public Acts of 1961.
