CHAPTER 103I. WELLS, BORINGS, AND UNDERGROUND USES
LICENSING AND REGISTRATION

Unless otherwise specified, fees collected by the commissioner under this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the state government special revenue fund.
