Minn. Stat. § 136A.002: DEFINITIONS.

Subdivision 1. Scope.

For purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.

Subd. 2. Office.

"Office" means the Office of Higher Education.

Subd. 3. Commissioner.

"Commissioner" means the commissioner of the office.

Subd. 4. Province and provincial.

"Province" and "provincial" mean the Canadian province of Manitoba.

Subd. 5. Term.

"Term" means a quarter or semester, or the equivalent.
