Minn. Stat. § 136A.0904: SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION; REMOVAL OF INFORMATION.

(a) Nothing in sections 136A.0901 to 136A.0903 precludes an institution from supplementing the financial aid offer form with additional information if the additional information supplements the financial aid offer form and is not located on the financial aid offer form and if the information utilizes the same standard terminology developed by the commissioner under sections 136A.0901 to 136A.0905.

(b) Nothing in sections 136A.0901 to 136A.0903 precludes an institution from omitting a required item in an individual offer form if that item is inapplicable to the student receiving the offer.
