CHAPTER 13D. OPEN MEETING LAW

Subdivision 1. Applicability.

For the purposes of this chapter, the term defined in this section has the meaning given.

Subd. 2. Interactive technology.

"Interactive technology" means a device, software program, or other application that allows individuals in different physical locations to see and hear one another.
