CHAPTER 147. BOARD OF MEDICAL PRACTICE
MINNESOTA MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT

For the purpose of this chapter, "regulated person" or "person regulated by the board" means a person licensed, registered, or regulated in any other manner by the Board of Medical Practice.
