Minn. Stat. § 148E.095: LICENSE CERTIFICATE.

Subdivision 1. License wall certificate.

(a) The board must issue a new license wall certificate when the board issues a new license. No fee in addition to the applicable license fee specified in section 148E.180 is required.

(b) To request a duplicate license wall certificate, the licensee must:

(1) submit a request for another license wall certificate in writing; and

(2) submit the license wall certificate fee specified in section 148E.180.
