Minn. Stat. § 214.355: GROUNDS FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION.

Each health-related licensing board shall consider it grounds for disciplinary action if a regulated person violates the terms of the health professionals services program participation agreement or leaves the program except upon fulfilling the terms for successful completion of the program as set forth in the participation agreement.
