CHAPTER 237. TELECOMMUNICATIONS
VIOLATIONS, PENALTIES, ENFORCEMENT

Any telephone company or telecommunications carrier and, if it be a corporation, the officers thereof, violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
