Subdivision 1. Seat belt and child passenger restraint system use.

All license holders that transport children must comply with the requirements of section 142B.51, subdivision 1, and license holders that transport a child or children under nine years of age must document training that fulfills the requirements in section 142B.51, subdivision 2.
