Minn. Stat. § 352B.251: DIRECT STATE AID.

Subdivision 1. Aid.

The commissioner of management and budget must transfer $2,300,000 annually from the general fund to the State Patrol retirement fund on or before October 1, 2025, and October 1 of each year thereafter.

Subd. 2. Aid expiration.

The aid under subdivision 1 expires July 1, 2048.
