Minn. Stat. § 353G.085: AUTHORIZED DISBURSEMENTS.

The assets of the retirement fund may be disbursed only as a distribution of lump-sum retirement benefits, monthly retirement benefits, or individual accounts or for:

(1) administrative expenses of the retirement plan;

(2) investment expenses of the retirement fund;

(3) survivor benefits; and

(4) a transfer of assets under section 353G.17.
