Minn. Stat. § 375.11: BOARD SEAL; REBUTTABLE EVIDENCE OF BOARD PROCEEDINGS.

Subdivision 1. Auditor's seal is board seal.

The seal of the county auditor shall be the seal of the board.

Subd. 2. Authenticated proceedings are evidence.

Copies of its proceedings, authenticated as required by law, shall be prima facie evidence of them in all cases.
