Minn. Stat. § 383C.048: COMMISSION MAY SUBPOENA WITNESSES.

In an investigation conducted pursuant to sections 383C.03 to 383C.056 by the human resources director or designee, the civil service commission shall have the power to subpoena and require the attendance of witnesses and the production of evidence pertinent to the investigation and to administer oaths to such witnesses.
