Minn. Stat. § 383C.392: GRANTS FOR HOT LUNCHES IN CERTAIN RURAL SCHOOLS.

Subdivision 1. St. Louis County grants.

In St. Louis County, the social services board shall award grants each year for St. Louis County School District No. 710 to carry on a nutrition program in the schools and to provide hot lunches for needy school children. The total amount of the grants shall be not more than $20,000. The county shall appropriate the amount needed each year from the general fund to the social services department.
