Minn. Stat. § 45.307: EDUCATION PROVIDER.

Subdivision 1. Duty to make records and data available to commissioner.

A person applying for approval as an education provider must make available upon request such records and data required by the commissioner to administer the provisions and further the purposes of this chapter.

Subd. 2. Responsibility for actions of coordinators and instructors.

An education provider is responsible for any actions taken by one or more of its coordinators or instructors in the course of performing activities associated with license education courses provided under this chapter.

Subd. 3. Responsibility for approval of coordinator.

An education provider must ensure that an individual acting as a coordinator on its behalf under this chapter has received prior approval from the commissioner to act as a coordinator.
