UNIFORM FOREIGN-COUNTRY MONEY JUDGMENTS RECOGNITION ACT

Sections 548.64 to 548.74 apply to the registration of a Canadian judgment entered in a proceeding that is commenced in Canada on or after August 1, 2022.
