Minn. Stat. § 60L.15: ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS.

Subdivision 1. Authorization.

An insurer aggrieved by an order or any other act or failure to act of the commissioner regarding compliance with sections 60L.01 to 60L.15, may request a hearing by following the procedures of chapter 14.

Subd. 2. Private hearing.

The commissioner shall hold hearings under this section privately unless the insurer requests a public hearing, in which case the hearing is public.
