Mo. Rev. Stat. § 100.130: Municipality to fix terms and form of revenue bonds.

The municipality shall, by ordinance, provide the form of the revenue bonds to be issued hereunder and shall set out the terms under which such bonds shall be issued, including the rate of interest which they shall bear and the number of years within which they are to be redeemed.
