Mo. Rev. Stat. § 100.445: Allowable rates of interest.

If the interest rates allowed under the provisions of this act* are greater than the interest rates allowed under the provisions of senate bill no. 554** of the second regular session of the eightieth general assembly, then the interest rates allowed under this act* shall prevail over the interest rates set in senate bill no. 554**.
