Mo. Rev. Stat. § 100.810: Evaluation of program.

On an annual basis, the director shall provide for an evaluation of the program. The evaluation shall include an assessment of the effectiveness of the program in creating new jobs in Missouri and of the revenue impact of the program. The director shall submit a report on the evaluation to the governor, the president pro tem of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives.
