Mo. Rev. Stat. § 103.105: Participating member agencies to pay executive director monthly — payment deposited in health fund.

The employing participating member agency of the members of the plan who are not paid out of funds that have been deposited in the state treasury shall promptly pay monthly to the executive director an amount equal to the amount which the board has certified based upon the actuarial study for that participating member agency. The executive director shall promptly deposit such amounts to the benefit trust fund account.
