Chapter 105 - Public Officers and Employees — Miscellaneous Provisions

Upon the convening of the next general assembly after January 1, 1991, the house of representatives and the senate shall each, respectively, establish by rule a permanent select committee on ethics and shall adopt the rules by which the manner and method of investigations and disciplinary proceedings and actions shall be conducted.
