Mo. Rev. Stat. § 105.590: Copies of agreement provided to public employees.

The secretary or corresponding principal officer of each labor organization shall forward a complete copy of each agreement made by such labor organization with any public body to any public employee who requests such a copy and whose rights as such public employee are directly affected by such agreement.
