Chapter 107 - Bonds of Officers and Contractors for Public Works

Whenever any such bond shall be approved, a certificate of the approval, signed by the proper officer and correctly dated, and showing a compliance with the requirements of sections 107.110 to 107.160, shall be endorsed thereon.
