Mo. Rev. Stat. § 108.502: Allocation to bond issuers, state ceiling used.

The allocation system provided in Section 146 of the Code with respect to all issuers, whether local or state, is hereby revoked for calendar years after December 31, 1987. The state ceiling shall be allocated among issuers, whether local or state, by the director in accordance with the terms and conditions of sections 108.500 to 108.532.
