Mo. Rev. Stat. § 108.520: Certification of bonds.

The director shall provide to the issuer on or prior to the date of issuance of any bonds for which an approved allocation has not expired a certification, in substantially the form required by Section 149 of the Code, that such bonds meet the requirements of Section 146 of the Code.
