Chapter 110 - Depositaries for Public Funds

The value of the securities deposited and maintained by a legal depositary under section 110.010 shall at all times be not less than one hundred percent of the actual amount of the funds on deposit with the depositary, less the amount, if any, insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
