Mo. Rev. Stat. § 140.997: Meeting requirements.

Except as otherwise provided under state law, the land bank agency meetings shall cause minutes and a record to be kept of all its proceedings. The land bank agency shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 109, chapter 610, and any other applicable provisions of law governing public records and public meetings.
