Mo. Rev. Stat. § 161.502: Definitions.

As used in sections 161.500 to 161.508, the following terms mean:

(1) "Department" , the department of elementary and secondary education;

(2) "Drugs" includes, but is not limited to:

(a) All controlled substances defined in chapter 195; and

(b) Alcoholic beverages.
