Mo. Rev. Stat. § 162.1190: Multiple attendance centers for same grade level, board to have policy for transfer of students.

The school board of each school district with multiple attendance centers containing the same grade levels shall, no later than July 1, 2004, develop, and make available to the public, a policy regarding the transfer of that school district's students to other schools within the district.
