Mo. Rev. Stat. § 162.930: Approval for state aid, how obtained.

The department of elementary and secondary education shall inspect all programs for the handicapped and severely handicapped established under the provisions of sections 162.670 to 162.995 and, upon its approval, the special school district shall receive state aid under the provisions of sections 162.935, 162.975, and 162.980 and sections 163.161, 163.172, 168.500, and 168.520.
