Mo. Rev. Stat. § 166.071: Receipts for gifts to public school fund.

For any money, property or choses in action delivered to the director of revenue under sections 166.061 to 166.121 he shall give duplicate receipts, one of which shall be filed in the office of the commissioner of administration, who shall charge the director of revenue therewith.
