Chapter 169 - Teacher and School Employee Retirement Systems

For the purpose of sections 169.020 and 169.021, as amended, the phrase "board of education" shall with respect to school districts having a population of more than two hundred thousand be deemed to mean and refer to the board of directors of such school district.
