Chapter 169 - Teacher and School Employee Retirement Systems

Any funds belonging to this retirement system which are deposited in any bank or trust company shall be secured by the deposit of securities of the kind and value required by section 30.270 as security for the safekeeping and payment of deposits made by the board.
