Mo. Rev. Stat. § 170.121: Publisher to designate secretary of state as agent for service of process.

Any person, firm or corporation furnishing textbooks to any district under the provisions of this law shall designate the secretary of state of the state of Missouri as its or their agent upon whom citation and all other writs and processes may be served in the event any suit is brought against the person, firm or corporation.
