Mo. Rev. Stat. § 171.034: Provision of food services by school districts eligible to reduce make-up days.

Any school district that is eligible to reduce its requirement to make up days pursuant to subsection 3 of section 171.033 may provide food service on a summer school food service basis if it resumes school with double sessions.
