Chapter 172 - State University — University of Missouri

There shall be a president and vice president of the board, who shall be chosen by the board from the members thereof, a secretary, treasurer, and such other officers of the board as they shall deem necessary, who shall be appointed by the board, and hold their offices during the pleasure of the board.
