Chapter 172 - State University — University of Missouri

Such moneys after payment to the treasurer of the university and such securities shall be under the care, custody and control of the board of curators of the state university and shall be preserved by said board as a permanent fund, and shall be securely invested in municipal bonds issued by municipalities of the state of Missouri.
