Mo. Rev. Stat. § 172.450: Faculty.

The College of Agriculture and the University of Missouri-Rolla herein provided for shall have each a separate and distinct faculty, whose officers and professors may be the same, in whole or in part, as the officers and professors in other colleges and departments of the university.
