Mo. Rev. Stat. § 172.859: University of Missouri not to discriminate in providing rehabilitation center services.

The curators of the University of Missouri, in providing the services of the rehabilitation center, shall not refuse to provide services to any state resident regardless of race, religion, creed, color, national origin, sex, handicap, age or ability to pay.
