Mo. Rev. Stat. § 174.330: Institution may charge fees for certain services, electronic connection.

Any four-year state-supported institution of higher education may charge reasonable fees for providing services to the private business to which an electronic connection is provided. Any student debt incurred to a private business shall not be considered to be debt owed to the university.
