Chapter 176 - Revenue Bonds of State Educational Institutions — Higher Education Risk Management Associations

Any association organized under the provisions of sections 176.500 to 176.540 shall be exempt from all provisions of other insurance laws of this state, not only in governmental relations but for every other purpose.
