Mo. Rev. Stat. § 176.530: Annual audit report, file with director.

Any association organized under the provisions of sections 176.500 to 176.540 shall file with the director of the department of commerce and insurance insurance of this state an annual audit report of the operations of such association, compiled by an independent auditor in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
