Mo. Rev. Stat. § 178.570: State board may incur necessary administration expenses.

The state board of education may incur the expenditures for the salaries of assistants and the office and other expenses that it deems necessary to the proper administration of sections 178.420 to 178.580 and of the funds allotted to the state of Missouri under the provisions of the acts of congress.
