Chapter 178 - Special Schools and Instruction and Special Districts

Any person who becomes an employee of the State Technical College of Missouri after the conditions of section 178.631 are met shall become a member of the Missouri state employees' retirement system, if the person otherwise meets the requirements for membership in that system.
