Mo. Rev. Stat. § 18.065: Southern states energy board members, appointment, expenses.

The three members of the southern states energy board from the state of Missouri shall be the governor or his designee, one member of the senate appointed by the president pro tem of the senate, and one member of the house of representatives appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives. Any necessary expenses associated therewith shall be paid out of the funds appropriated to the respective appointing authority.
