Mo. Rev. Stat. § 182.709: Retirement system, employees eligible for certain public school retirement system.

All employees of an urban public library district who would be eligible for membership in the public school retirement system of the public library system continued to be operated by the nine director urban school district shall be members of the retirement system of a nine director urban school district created pursuant to sections 169.270 to 169.400.
