Mo. Rev. Stat. § 186.060: Operating and program expenses, how paid, limitation.

Subject to appropriation from general revenue, one million dollars may be appropriated to the Missouri humanities council. Grants made to the Missouri humanities council may be used for operating and programming expenses except that the administrative costs shall not exceed five percent of such funding.
